Short Bio
Juyan Ye, an associate professor and the deputy director of the Institute of Teacher Education Research at Beijing Normal University; Adjunct Research Fellow at the Asia-Pacific Center for Leadership and Change, Education University of Hong Kong. She mainly engages in research in the fields of teacher education, school improvement, teacher leadership, and educational policy.
