PhD in Education. I Pedro Rosselló Doctoral Thesis Award by the Spanish Society of Comparative Education. Extraordinary Doctorate Award. Professor at the UAM, specialist in educational policy of the European Union and in the implementation of its Key Competences. Director of the UAM Recognized Researching Group on "Supranational Educational Policies" (GIPES). Member of the Spanish Society of Comparative Education. External advisor to EURYDICE. Member of TEAM-EUROPE, expert lecturers from the European Union. Director of the Journal of Supranational Policies of Education. Member of the School Council of the Community of Madrid. Awarded in 2021 with the Exaltation of Ibero-American Educational, Philosophical and Humanistic Merit, by the Ibero-American Network of Pedagogy.
