Short Bio

Mosi Weng, associate professor at School of Public Administration, Zhejiang University of Technology. After graduated from Zhejiang University, he conducted post-doctoral research at Tsinghua University. He also was a visiting scholar at the University of California, Berkeley. His research mainly focuses on entrepreneurial university and regional innovation. He has led two national-level research projects, been recognized as "Top 1% Most Cited Scholars in China (CNKI 2024)", and awarded the "Youth Social Science Star" by Zhejiang University of Technology. His doctoral dissertation was selected into the "Academic Innovation Plan of the China Higher Education Association—Doctoral Dissertation Series of Higher Education". He serves as a reviewer for journals such as R&D Management and Journal of Innovation & Knowledge.
