Participation Guides:

• Participation of conference events (including conference lunch and dinner) will be free of charge. Transportation and accommodation costs of participants will be borne by the participants themselves.
• The conference will be held simultaneously offline and online, and simultaneous interpretation in English and Chinese will be provided.
• The offline venue is located in Minhang Campus of Shanghai Jiao Tong University (800 Dongchuan RD. Minhang District, Shanghai, China), and the number of places is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  Before November 15, the organizing committee will send online participation guidelines through the email address provided by registration, please follow the guidelines at that time. The organizing committee will send the online participation guidelines by e-mail before 31st October 2023. Please check the email you register.
• The online meeting will be held in the form of live webcast, and the organizing committee will announce the online participation guidelines before 31st October.
• In addition to the official conference, three pre-session workshops will be organized. The workshops are offline only and each participant can only attend one workshop. You can attend the official conference without attending the pre-forum workshops, but you cannot attend the pre-forum workshops without attending the official conference.

* If you want to change your previous registration information, you can resubmit a new registration. The organizing committee will take the last registration information you submitted as final.
